Just found out that Tesco bank has placed a Cifa on my credit file. What do I do (screenshots)?

Hi, glad you got it sorted. A similar thing happened to me a couple of years ago with Vanquis - and I have never had any dealings with them. Phoned them and got it all sorted. Although the CIFAS marker stayed on my reports for 12 months. . . didn't really have any effect though.
I would also do as Brie suggests above, you can never be too careful. Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. I agree that it's worth checking your credit files (from all 3 CRAS - Experian, Equifax and TransUnion) on a regular basis moving forward to see if any new problems develop.
Additionally, it may be worthwhile submitting a DSAR to the CIFAS and National Hunter databases to see if there is anything else reported which may not be visible on your credit files.
