Nat West Child Trust fund

I have been trying since March to help my daughter to get access to her Child Trust fund.  She has an account with Nat West we have provided birth certs. passports, driving licences, bank statements, ni paperwork everything.  She was told she would be sent a cheque then was told that we had to provide ridiculous documents that no 18 year old would have.  We went to our local branch of Nat West who verified all her documents and scanned them in but still 9 weeks after turning 18, no money, 2 hour waits on the telephone which have cost me a fortune and endless stress-has anyone got an email or complaints code of conduct really struggling with this
