@Fiona1965 are you able to post a copy of the claimant's WS, suitably redacted? Also, are you able to show us your original defence, again, suitably redacted

OK i'm going to post them one at a time because I have just tried to post them and they have all come out in a different order!
Gosh I'm useless at IT.
Basically I stayed at my daughters for a few days. Under her flats is a secured car park for residents only and visitors cannot get in. There are some visitors spaces and a few spare spaces on the ground level car park. When she moved in she was not given any agreement with regards to parking, accept a remote device for her car to get into the secure underground parking She was also issued with a visitors parking permit by the letting agent.
On the night in question I was parked in a visitors space displaying the permit she had been issued with. I had parked here many times. It is a poorly lit car park. There is a UKPC sign on the road outside the car park, saying about displaying a parking permit. In the car park there are 3 notices, one attached to another block of flats, never been over there to see what it says as its not on her block and they have parking spaces on their side of the car park. There is another sign on the overhead entrance to the underground parking, did not see this at the time as obviously I can't get to that bit and there is a third sign which is placed in a corner to the right side of where you enter the car park. This is partly obscured by a tree as you come in, but can see it once you park if you go back that way.
The car park has one dim light as the car park is right outsode residents windows.
In UKPC witness pack they have shown a picture of what type of permit they wanted displayed, but this is the first time I have seen this type of permit.0 -

Is the above, exactly what you wrote as your defence to the claim? Can you show us what the UKPC "witness pack" contains?0
