Panic over county court business centre

I have today received a claim form for a parking 'fine' or 'invoice' from 2019.
At the time I came onto this forum and was advised to ignore it as it was an invoice and it was UKPC.
I am now panicking as it says about if I do not pay it I will not be able to get any credit etc.
I was parking in a visitor's space at my daughter's block of flats and was displaying what I believed to be a parking permit, My daughter had been issued with the permit not long before. It had a date on it which was the issue date we believed but from what I remember. UKPC said it was not valid and I think they said it was the end date? It was issued at 3:00 am and I parked there overnight.
I have read through many of these posts, but I do not understand any of what is being said as a lot of it is legal.
At the time I took a photo of the car and parking permit and they sent me a photo, but that was long ago and I no longer have them.
Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.

What is the Issue Date on your County Court Claim Form?At the time I came onto this forum and was advised to ignore it as it was an invoice and it was UKPCOddly, I didn't see any mention of the word 'ignore' anywhere in your previous thread. Where did you read that? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thank you for your replies. That wasn’t the thread I was talking about. That was a parking ticket issued when I visited a Costa coffee shop, which I went to weekly and didn’t know that UKPC had taken over that week. This is a ticket issued when parking in another part of the country. I was parking in a visitors parking space with a visitors permit. UKPC said the permit was not valid.0

You have only started two threads and made one reply on each. I too cannot see where you were told to ignore stuff.
Anyway, you say that older stuff isn't relevant.
Any answer to my earlier question?...KeithP said:What is the Issue Date on your County Court Claim Form?

The matter of this parking notice was done by my daughter as we were at her flat and I was in a bit of a state she had her laptop and I only had my phone which is more difficult for me to type on.0

I made another thread that is at the top of this page. This was recent as I could not find my previous one and I thought because I was asking another question, another thread would be best. I now realise that should not have been done.
I would appreciate all the help available. There is so much jargon on their witness statement.
Also I am not sure if I can refer to their witness statement in my witness statement?0
