Update to my experience.
After finally speaking to them. (see previous post) they said they would keep me connected until switching away on 1st June and charge me prorata for the eight days from 23rd May (monthly renewal day).
Having checked my bank they have taken a full months fee £37 on 30th June. Today I received an email telling me that I will be charged an extra £10 if I dont reinstate the direct debit within seven days. Oh and it was sent from a no reply email address.
So now I have the repeat saga of trying to speak to someone.0 -
Yet people still go for these companies....0
