MATTR5 said:Hi you can only access TUI boarding passes for the return flight (possibly on or) after the date you fly out at the moment - it's a bit of a pain
If you have the TUI App you should be able to access them there
That or get your holiday accom to print them for you after you get them off their website https://flightextras.tui.co.uk/
I had to do some for some Customers in Crete yesterday and emailed them to the hotel to printI am a Travel AgentMy company’s ABTA/ATOL numbers are G9172/6053. MSE doesn't check my status as a Travel Agent, so you need to take my word for it. You can check my ATOL with the CAA. This signature is here as I follow MSE's Travel Agent Code of Conduct.Mattr5 you are a very useful and knowledgeable asset hereabouts.May I ask a question of TUI practices ?Since the Middle Ages we've always booked TUI, or Thomsons as was, in the local store - that has now disappeared like so many other "High Street" outlets so we have taken our business to Hay's Travel - no issues there, the very opposite in fact. However back in earlier days our TUI reservations always showed up online in my Account & Bookings on TUI - now our 2 most recent reservations, both from Hay's are not listed. Is this because we didn't book direct with TUI in store, or online ?Just curious.

Thank you - that's very kind
No they wont show on the tui.co.uk website anymore
They will show on the TUI App
And also you can book seats, flight extras here https://flightextras.tui.co.uk/ using your TUI ref
Only TUI Marella Cruise App doesn't work if you don't book direct
nb If you like booking via an Agent then def check Holiday Hypermarket as they own them but Hays are great obvs
Hope that helps

We went on a TUI Holiday to Gran Canaria in March ,the shop printed our outward boarding passes out along with PLF forms , whilst on holiday i asked the TUI rep if they or the hotel would print out our inboard passes ,she laughed at me and said TUI are a paperless company and all we needed was our passports at the airport.
On arrival at the airport ,reported to the TUI desk for all flights and showed our passports ,no problem ,cases booked in and boarding passes handed over.1 -

She wasn't quite right - if they were paperless why did the check-in desk need to hand you a boarding pass?
To be fair to her you can have the Boarding Passes on your phone - whether downloaded or on the TUI App
Some people want to avoid queuing at the check-in on return (if they only have hand luggage eg) and may not have a smartphone so cant use the App (or they are old and just like to have a paper Boarding Pass before they get to the airport so they know their seat numbers etc if not rebooked) so it has caused problems but tbh most Customers we've got them after they've gone and just emailed them to the hotel to print0 -
Matt - my TUI reservations are not showing on the app either, just a historical list of previous holidays going back 10 years.

If they are give me a call and we can look together
If not I'm still happy to help call me - 0161 225 2261 as every customer is supposed to be able to use it - maybe delete the app and reload it
This is the info us agents got back in September 2021Exciting news - TUI App
Dear Trade Partner,
We are really excited to announce that customers with Third Party Agent bookings will now be able to access the TUI & First Choice App. This change will allow customers access to their holiday countdown, as well as access to information on their hotel, resort and destination.
Once on holiday the App will give immediate access to our overseas 24/7 Holidayline Team. Customers can easily contact the Holidayline team on a messaging service, within the app, should they need any support whilst they are away.
Although many of our hotels continue to have a face-to-face rep service, some of our non-branded units will no longer feature a ‘in house’ rep service, so it is really important that you promote the app with every customer if a unit does not have a rep, this will be customers only way of contacting us. Once their holiday is coming to an end they can expect to find their return transfer information in the app.
Customers who have booked through an agent will notice some slight differences, as we want to ensure that any additional extras, such as seating upgrades, are booked back through their original agent. If customers attempt to add any additional extras they will be see an error screen, please ensure your customers are aware of this and are directed back to yourself.
We believe this is great news for your customers and we hope it will ensure they have a great holiday with us.
We recommend you promote this to all customers who are able to use the app, as it will be an invaluable tool whilst they are on holiday.
