ALL INCLUSIVE BAN IN IBIZA - SAN ANTONIO - LIMITED TO THREE DRINKS ONLY AT LUNCH AND DINNER??

Third Anniversary
Hi can anyone help me here, I am flying to IBIZA with seven friends in June, this holiday was booked in 2019 for my Fiance's 50th birthday as a surprise for him, but has been deferred twice because of COVID.
We are booked into an All Inclusive Hotel with TUI,  the Balearic Government have placed a ban apparently (three drinks with lunch and three drinks with dinner only) on All Inclusive as too many youngsters were getting drunk etc,  I have spoken to TUI  twice and they assure me that unless I hear from them, their properties are still All Inclusive, I do not see how as this is can be as there is now a limit/ban  by the Spanish Government apparently, so is this true? And if it is then TUI should owe each passenger some refund/compensation money as surely this would be classed as mi-sold, it is not what we paid for originally?
If anyone has been to IBIZA recently please get in touch to confirm/clarify and any thoughts, suggestions and knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks

As I understand the situation, it only affects defined areas of some of the Balearic Islands.  All Inclusive does not mean unlimited food and drink at all times.  Many hotels have limits in one form or another.

If you go to trip adviser, under the Ibiza forum and ask the locals on that site they will be able to tell you if your hotel is in the area of restrictions.

    Harsh.
    And not fair.
    And not on topic.

The OP - like a lot of people - has had a holiday booked for 3 years that hasn't happened because of covid.

She booked a holiday expecting certain facilities to be provided.
She simply wants to know if she will actually receive those facilities and what she can do if she doesn't receive them.

It's not a TUI driven change though.

I can't find out what areas of Ibiza are impacted - I know only some areas of Majorca are.

I'd do as suggested up-thread and ask on the Ibiza board of Tripadvisor.
And if your hotel is affected, I'd go back to TUI - but I'd do it in writing (chat/email) rather than phone.

I wouldn't hold a holiday provider responsible for government restrictions. I suspect they can still have unlimited non alcoholic drinks.

I would get the email address for the hotel and ask them direct.
Is there anything on the TUI online description of your hotel ?
Just to be clear - the Balearics government have not imposed a blanket drinks restriction on all AI hotels - that is delegated down to local authorities at their "Town Hall" level.
"I do not see how as this is can be as there is now a limit/ban  by the Spanish Government apparently, so is this true?"
Absolutely not, the central Spanish government in Madrid has no role in this legislation.
The Balearics are an autonomous region of Spain.

    I wouldn't either.

Which is why I went on to say:

Afaik the limit is on alcoholic drinks only. Less alcohol = more healthy.
