3 refusing to issue PAC

Am having similar problems getting a PAC code from Three. So I shall end up having to pay more money into the account just to have a mobile to use until I can find a way to get the PAC out of them. 

This poor service is a big factor in why I’m moving network. Everytime there is an issue it takes hours of stress to get anywhere.

I have tried by text numerous times no joy. 

I have spoken to live chat and was promised it within two hours, nothing.
I have raised a complaint with them and was assured I’d have the code later - nothing.

The complaint person has added some free credit so I don’t have to put money in BUT I want to be with my new provider and my old number! 

No idea what to do next.

When did you make your complaint? Ask for it to be escalated as they are in breach of their Ofcom licence,

Trying to get PAC from ID mobile. Impossible! I begin to think they are actively blocking access to my code.

I have tried all suggested routes. Message not delivered. You have made mistake so cannot proceed. Strange flickering on page which makes it impossible to. Lick on request for code.

I'm with 3 and thinking of moving to a cheaper plan on iD Mobile, will I have a problem PACing my number as ID also use the Three network?

Don't want to lose my number as I've had it 21 years and was originally on BT Cellnet back in the day.

No issues to do that, they are different companies with different porting codes.

Still unable to obtain code. Keeps coming back with the same messages then says not delivered. This must be a breach of their license. Not quite sure what to do next. ! Thank you you for responses so far. This can’t just be me! Appear to be deliberately trying to stop my switch!
