Was the meter one of those where you pressed 9 or 6 ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

On our two rate meter when you press the button it cycles through and shows Rate 1, Rate 2 and then a combined total of both rates. This is just a guess, but it looks to me like you may have possibly entered the combined total amount as Rate 2 instead of the actual Rate 2 reading for November 2021 and March 2022? If so you should be able to calculate the missing readings like so:-
(23/09/2019)
Rate 1- 09202
Rate 2- 22244
TOTAL- 31446
Oct 2020
Rate 1- 10885
Rate 2- 24302
TOTAL- 35187
21/11/2021
Rate 1- 20157
Rate 2- 29973
TOTAL- 50130
Final reading 31st March 2022
Rate 1- 21862
Rate 2- 33204
TOTAL- 55066
Theres unfortunately no way to confirm this though without access to the meter.0 -
So for the last reading I took photos.R = 21862
r4 = 55066
last photo says 76929
so I think the readings I listed above are right1 -
What is the make and model of your meter please and what buttons are you pressing ?

Interestingly the worst usage is between October 2020 and November 2021. As you have not given a date for October I was suing the 31st as date for the reading.
The usage was an average of 24KWh daytime use and 67KWh night per day.
But than the last four months the average comes down to 13KWh Day and 38KWh night per day. This is still very high, but less than half of the year before. Did you make any further adjustments to your energy use after the meter reading in November 2021.
Did you submit the 2021 meter readings to the supplier and if what was the reaction? Did you get a invoice and increased debit order? Did you realise from the meter readings that something was wrong and you were using to much energy?0 -

any advice?
Just a thought about your new house now you've been there a month.
Have you now got into the habit of monthly meter readings, keeping you own records ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
