UC LCWRA appeal

As mentioned previously, I asked for and got an extension from the court to December 2022 which was 3 months from the date of receiving the SOR. This was because Shelter did not have appointments for 6 weeks and needed 4 weeks after that to draft any appeal. That should have been done within 1 month of receiving the SOR. A late appeal could be refused. I'm not convinced you have 13 months at this stage. https://commonslibrary.parliament.uk/appealing-benefits-decisions-beyond-the-first-tier-tribunal/
They cancelled the appointment a few days before the 6 weeks and when I raised it with a manager, she asked me to email the decision and a few documents to her. She then came back and said i've no grounds for appeal and they don't have the staff as the person I had the appointment with and would've drafted the appeal is on maternity leave and she's looking for staff to replace her.
I emailed the court to explain the above, i.e. that I won't be able to submit within the extended date given and the reply was "not to worry, do it when you can and the judge will look at it". I know this isn't a Yes and the judge could refuse further applications.
The Shelter manager also looked at the SOR for my PIP claim for which I haven't yet appealed to the first tier tribunal. I've given my reasons on that thread about why I feel the tribunal was unfair and erred in law.0
