Can you use TalkTalk email address after closing broadband account?

Why take the risk, create a non ISP dependent email account such as on Gmail and start moving across now whilst you do have access. Whilst they may allow access today, they could revoke it at any time.

Even if you are with an ISP that has a mail account, its best to move to a non isp account. unsacling your email form your ISP makes moving easier, and if your ISP discontinues its eamil services then theres no problems
