Received a Letter Before Claim from SIP as claimant and solicitor

Good evening guys!
I re-grouped everything in right order, made amendments according to the feedback and sent the WS bundle to the court and SIP.
I can tell you 🥁🥁🥁.. we have a "NOTICE OF DISCONTINUANCE" letter sent to us.
I would like to thank everyone in this forum who have chipped in with valuable information to help me fight from stage 1 all the way up until now.
More importantly you guys have given me knowledge I never had which I will always be grateful for.
Thank you everyone and MSE✅5 -
I would like to donate some money to a charity of moderator/admin's choice. If anyone has any links you can provide for the donation. I'll be more than happy to donate or even buy coffee to those who have helped me.
Thank you0 -
We don't have Moderators or Admins and we aren't allowed to take/suggest donations so by all means make it a charity of YOUR choice, close to your heart!
Tell you what though, that was quick! I did think you'd built a great case. But for £800 at stake, I thought they might push onto a hearing.Maybe SIP don't bother with hearings... especially as this is done in-house ... maybe they just issue claims for multi-PCN cases and pick off the low hanging fruit who don't defend, and never have an intention to attend hearings unless the Defendant is weak.
If you hadn't defended and had ignored the Claim (as plenty do) you'd have had DCB Ltd HCEOs at your door and clamping your car.As it is, you paid nothing!
Yay! And they also lost you as a future customer at that Car Park, I assume? Unreliable payment methods and £100 PCNs being risked every time you visited would drive anyone to seek an alternative, even if it costs a quid more.
Did you add a review warning people away, if the Car Park is listed on Parkopedia? I would!
ANOTHER SIP ONE BITES THE DUST!
Could you help with 3 things please?
1. Could you please show us your final version WS (redacted) in a reply here over the weekend or next week, and delete the old links from this thread, so that we can direct people to your WS bundle as a good and recent example?
Deleting the old ones posted here earlier stops non-forum-savvy newbies from picking up the wrong one when directed here to your thread. I'd also like to read it for my own interest to see what it ended up looking like!
2. As the case is over, could you show a pic of the actual Claim form please as I am looking for examples of multi ticket claims and how much they add. This is to do with my submission for the DLUHC Call for Evidence to build a picture of the abuse of multi-ticket claims. Please redact your name, address, claim no, VRM and password and we only need that front page.
3. Please read the DLUHC DRAFT IMPACT ASSESSMENT thread and either:
(a). help by answering the DLUHC's questions - or some of them - and attach any evidence you have from your case (maybe some of the threatograms?) that supports the view that you would probably have paid a single PCN at £50 or £70 with a 50% discount (if fairly issued) but it's when they ramp up the aggression and the money and try to extort 3 figure sums and suddenly add fake fees, that honest paying motorists like you dig your heels in and say "see you in court!"
and/or
(b) Please take photos of local car parks (e.g. typically Hospitals, Tesco, Aldi or Sainsburys), where the 'penalty' is between £50 snd £70 and post your images on the DLUHC CALL FOR EVIDENCE discussion thread under where myself and @Fruitcake posted the first ones to get the ball rolling?
Other good evidence is retail car parks with NO PPC at all (clear photos and a street/town or site name location please). These will demonstrate that 'carmageddon' isn't a thing when retail car parks are unmanaged.
I can think of 3 locally straight away... !
I am sure lots of posters can.If enough people add their local town's pics of lower penalty signs or UNMANAGED car parks to that thread I will show all the evidence to the DLUHC in my own submission.
Thanks for any help. You won your battle, now please help us win the war!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I thought I done a decent job from the first time I posted on here right till the very end but credit to people on this forum who are willing to help others and won countless cases with a great success rate.
It seems like they prey on people who will not defend their case or reply to letter starting with letter of claim.
In my case, I replied to all and in timely manner however they still continue to take the case forward in hopes that someone will mess up later down the line. I have seen few cases for the same car park where the defendant did not follow up the letter and had HCEO pop down their house causing panic.
SIP lost me as a customer when they replied to my letter with false information. It was then I knew they weren't up to no good. I chose to go elsewhere paying more which I had no problem doing in the first place.
I have now left a review on Parkopedia to let others know to avoid parking at the location.
You helped me win a fight, so it's my duty now to contribute in the war against these PPC's.
I will go through every single request individually. It may take a week due to full time job but I will make sure you get the information you need to present your case to DLUHC.
Tomorrow I will post the redacted WS and claim form.
Thank you for all the guidance. I have my notifications on so I'll be active in this forum going forward.

I chose to go elsewhere paying more which I had no problem doing in the first place.Evidence of that (bank statements if new payments you are now making and photos of your new chosen (more expensive - not to SIP) car park tariff signs compared to evidence of the threatograms & what SIP did to you, would be really good in your personal reply to the DLUHC!
Even if you (and others) only answer the one relevant question about human behaviour and financial deterrents I say that's the one for us all to concentrate on providing evidence for.
You'd rather pay a quid or two more to park, to avoid a repeat of this court aggression. That's GREAT evidence that you changed your behaviour to avoid big 'fines' and court claim drivel.
You were deterred from even using a badly managed car park, due to your experience.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Good evening,
As requested, here is my final copy of WS (redacted) sent to the local court and SIP.
I've amended the link it should allow people to open it now hopefully.
Thanks,

That's great, thankyou. A very nice example WS for newbies, after you won your case.
Could you possibly find any time to help as well with 2 and 3 in my reply above? All good evidence for the DLUHC submissions.

As requested, I've attached the redacted claim form.
I'll carry out part 3 during the week. Need to take pictures of car park around me.
Thanks.0
