Ironing done
Went to shop and bought essentials for today
Now trying to organise diary and trip to UK, SIL will be in UK from USA the weekend before we are there. So now looking at having a few days 'holiday' somewhere in the UK between the 2 weekends we have planned. Where to go is the big question, family, friends or just away the 2 of us?10 -
The Vallikids know, I've told my sister (she's always been the practical one) and she's going to come to the 'decision' appointment with me - I think the Valligirl would be too upset. And my sister is going to come with me to tell mum but that won't be just yet. In a way that's the worst bit...telling mum. My real life besties know too. And you lot - actually. Support much appreciated.
Wish I hadn't sodding resigned now...I could be looking at a lot of sick pay lol

There is never a convenient time!I can imagine it is a daunting task telling your mum.. You could always rescind your resignation .. I guess..
Pixie is traumatised because her teacher is off on paternity leave.. she is not happy about dozens of random teachers who don't know anyone.. I am however delighted it is not Dots teacher who is off!!I just had a refund paid into my account which has been put aside for the phone bill on Monday
It was torrential rain at pick up time so the girls got to wear their new raincoats.. Pixie is still wearing hers.. she is so weird!I need to do dinner, pack ups, sort Dots swimbag for tomorrow and her PE kit..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)9 -
Hugs, Valli. And what Piggers and others said - here for you to rant and scream. Inbox always open xx
In the name of flying - indoor plants watered, clean washing sorted, upstairs given a flick with the vacuum cleaner after work, as DH is out.
Car has a red light and a warning signal. Sigh.9 -
Hugs Valli x Glad you have told some real life people too. Best outcome wishes to you x
PPC bought for DH. I have been trying to get through for weeks.
Dinner cooked and Pots washed.
Many people are off work at the moment and communication is scarce. I can only do what I can do.
New people moved in over the road last week and seem to have fifty billion vehicles. We may have to move. Prices have shot up here, not sure we can afford anything.
