Unable to transfer money to Chase Bank

I haven't noticed any difference from a reliability/fraud check perspective, saver seems to adopt the security rules of the main account (so didn't need to call them to release first large transfer out). Have only made outgoing payments from the saver so far as I am too lazy to set up another payee on my external accounts and then go through the normal security restrictions for a new payee until it is established my transactions are part of a normal pattern.adindas said:Has anyone tried transferring money directly from Non-chase current account directly to Chase "saving account" without using chase current account and Visa Versa e,g from Chase Saving Account to Non-Chase current account. How reliable they are ??

same as Vortigern above.
Paid the balance for my new car direct from a Chase Savings account, via Bank Transfer.
Had to do the fraud check dance too, mind, but that would be the same with any bank atm.
The rest was paid by credit card, for the s75 protection feature it provides.

That's interesting about standing orders from a savings account. I don't suppose anyone has tried direct debits from Chase savings a/c?Vortigern said:
Yes, direct pay in to Chase saver is near instantaneous.adindas said:Has anyone tried transferring money directly from Non-chase current account directly to Chase "saving account" without using chase current account and Visa Versa e,g from Chase Saving Account to Non-Chase current account. I pay standing orders out from the Chase saver. Seems reliable and even pays SOs on weekends and bank holidays.0 -
Yeah, my energy DD is attached to that. Will find out 1 June if it works.0

People have reported that DDs work as well. I haven’t tried it myself as I prefer the DD cashback from Santander (which I can top up as needed from the Chase saver).BarGin said:
