Hi! I stupidly missed the deadline for theIAS appeal :( I have now gotten a 'debt recover' letter from Trace, which is for £170. Should I ignore it? Or write to PCN again?

The whole thing makes me so cross. PCN are such criminals.
That wasn't stupid.  IAS is a kangaroo court and would not have helped you.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Get on to the management company, they are supposed to be working for you.
Tell them that they must cancel this parking charge issued by their agents with immediate effect.
Do not ask them to cancel it, tell them that  they must cancel it
The management company are not interested at all, they say that they have nothing to do with cars, they gave that over to PCN :/

What does your lease/AST/property ownership/rental agreement say about parking, permits, PPCs, PCNs, paying PCNs, and court claims?
What it doesn't say is just as important.

Whatever agreement you have will have primacy of contract over anything an unregulated private parking company that was not a party to your agreement has to say.
