Yep, good defence and excellent use of the "vicissitude" point. Don't forget to add in the rest of the template before sending and also do as @Fruitcake suggests.2

For some reason, certain versions of the Jopson case that can be found online have the leading letter B omitted. The correct case number is actually B9GF0A9E.
When you use abbreviations or initials you need to spell them out the first time you include them.
For example, Terms and Conditions (Ts & Cs), the first time you mention it, then Ts & Cs thereafter. The same applies with any others such as PoFA, NTK etcetera.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

I do not have a contatct email for UKPC but have located their contact page on their website (https://www.ukparkingcontrol.com/contact/). The email is sales@ukparkingcontrol.com, will this be sufficient to send my defence to? also when signing the defence can i just type my name or will i need to use a E signatureFruitcake said:The email address to use is in the first post of the template defence thread you have been following it, but it looks to be the correct one to me.
I suggest you also send a copy to the claimant so they can't later say they never received it.
Send a copy to yourself as well. That way if you and the court receive it okay, then on the balance of probabilities the claimant received it as well.0 -
You don't send it to UKPC. You know from the claim form they are using a solicitor.
You can type your name on a defence these days, yes. Probably looks better as a signature though.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Go back to that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence.Corona_EXTA said:I Have received a n180 Form which needs to be filed in 2 days as I am going to be away on holiday for 10 days. Items 7, 8, 9 and 10 on that list answer all your current questions.
I wonder if you can now help me?
Twice this afternoon I have written that same reply. For some unknown reason people seem to abandon that checklist as soon as a Defence is filed.
Can you possibly offer any reason why that might be so?
It would also help us considerably if you can suggest how we might overcome this problem.
Thank you for anything that you can suggest.2 -
