Could you please also post the same in Successful Complaints about PPCs' here, to show people that it is NEVER TOO LATE to try a complaint to the landowner, even when you are defending a court claim:

I am happy to post on the sucesssful complaints thread which I know will help others.  Do you want me to put the actual name of the guy I emailed and the name of the company that own the land?  I'm not sure how much personal info you like to share on there.
