I am happy to post on the sucesssful complaints thread which I know will help others. Do you want me to put the actual name of the guy I emailed and the name of the company that own the land? I'm not sure how much personal info you like to share on there.

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
