Is there a retail ombudsman to make a complaint about Nike?

You originally asked if there was an ombudsman or any other agency you could take your complaint up with.

Unfortunately, if you don't have a legal claim then it's just between you and Nike.

I think you are more likely to get a satisfactory result if you follow their complaints procedure - whatever that is.  If you are getting nowhere down that route, bombard them with emails and letters of complaint to every address you can find.

But if you can't be bothered to tell us what the nature of your complaint is, it's almost impossible to give you sensible advice.

Obviously if it's not a legal matter (eg it may just be about poor customer service) then it may not be worth your while going to excessive lengths just to get an apology or whatever it is you want.

What is the problem?  Maybe someone here has had a similar issue and had it resolved.
