Is there a retail ombudsman to make a complaint about Nike?

The post was asking if there was a Retail Ombudsman that i could complain about Nike. I never posted anything about boycotting them - their products are great, it was just poor customer service for an issue.Ill update the post after Nikes second 3-5 days period has passed.3

I realise that's not what you're doing, yet - but it seems like it's on the horizon . . .Just fyi, this forum's rules state -"Conversations work best when on topic, so keep your posts relevant and constructive. Derailing and disruptive posting is unacceptable."

Being a busybody isn't helpful either, but you obviously don't care, and apparently the forum mods don't either as their slavemasters really don't like having to spend money moderating this place, but are happy to use it as a mine of information they can use to exploit commercially...MalMonroe said:Just fyi, this forum's rules state -

Update - now been told on live chat to wait 2-5 working days for the third time for 'Senior Team' to respond. The chat then always instantly and abruptly ends.
This 3-5 working days response has been going on since 7th April with the original issue being raised in March for return initiated 28th Dec 2021!
Looks like "3-5 working days" & "Senior Team" is a common response for online order issues which are not run of the mill.
I googled Nike Headquarters address - does anyone know if big retail companies like Nike would accept ac complaint via traditional post?0 -
If you had any sort of legal claim (though it sounds that isn't the sort of thing you're talking about?), then their registered office is where it ought to go, so I expect somebody is at least reading the mail received there.FrankRizzo said:

Nobody knows what your complaint is so the only avenue that works is going to be the courts, unless you don't believe your claim has any merit...FrankRizzo said:

Maybe it is not a claim involving money but just a complaint about service.
