#6 seems to be a repeat of the first paragraph of the template.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Coupon-mad beat me to it plus the template defence starts at paragraph #1 with what you have written as paragraph #3.

My number 1 is my name And PCN number and the number 2 is the statement which states all of the claimants claims are denied unless specifically admitted in this defence….or along that wording.

    Thanks

    That's not correct.

Your name already appears in the headings and at the end where you sign & date it (no need to repeat it) and the template already includes that denial.

    AOS filed today.

I shall alter my defence to correct the points you've made above, I presume everything else will be ok to submit as I have used the march 2022 template, or should there be any more parts to alter?

I then presume I email my defence (which I need to find the email addresses, unless you can help me with that), and I dont need to submit my defence via the MCOL website because now that my AOS is complete it should be used for read only ? is this correct

    thanks

I have now removed my section 6 which was a duplicate, deleted my 1 & 2 and re-numbered as per the template, should the above statements along with the template and amendments you have advised now be good to send off ?

    Thanks

Just checking after some reading up that ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk is the correct email address to send my defence to and that it should be sent as a PDF  ?

Is there any wording that should be included as part of my email, e.g.
    To whom it may concern,
Please see attached defence for case no. XXXXXXXX
    Kind Regards
