Disney+ - new customer problems

I joined Disney+ last night - I went via a link on topcashback as they are offering £10 cashback on new 12 month plans.

I paid for a 12 month plan using my credit card, all looked good - we downloaded the app onto the firestick and logged in without any problems and watched a film last night.

This morning when I tried to access Disney+ it wanted me to pay again.

I checked my credit card and the payment was showing as pending.

I contacted their chat support and was told the amount hadn't gone through yet, but they would extend the account for a day and could I contact my card company as the problem was there.

I called the credit card company and they confirmed the payment has been made and gave me the payment reference number and time, and told me to contact Disney+ with these details and they should sort it out.

I contacted Disney+ on their chat support again, this time the agent i spoke to said they don't work with cashback sites (this is Topcashback who I've used for years) and that I have been scammed and to contact my bank!
I asked for a phone number to speak to someone at Disney because Topcashback is a reputable UK company, and said  that last night I was able to log on to Disney+ and watch a film.

I phoned Disney+ support line, this time I am told it is all OK, they have my card details (confirmed last 4 digits) and it must just be a delay, so they will extend the date for 30 days to give it time for the payment to process.

I have had emails from Disney+ welcoming me, sending t&cs, etc, and the Topcashback has tracked.

I've just looked at the account on Disney+ and it is only extended until tomorrow.

I am not sure what in earth to do now, I have paid for a year's subscription but I can't seem to get any help from Disney to get this sorted out.

Has anyone had any similar problems or able to offer any advice, as I am tearing my hair out with this at the moment!!

Many thanks in advance.
