Renewing Driving License Online - DVLA says they cant confirm my identity

hi! Is anyone having problems renewing their driving license online with a new passport? My passport has just been renewed and when I try to renew my driving license online, I get a massage saying that the DVLA can not confirm my identity and that I will need to apply another way.

They make the rules so if you want a new passport or friving licence you go along with it - Arguing the toss on the internet solves.nothing - arguing the toss with them solves nothing.
