@Swipe, so your IHD shows you switch to off-peak at exactly the same instant (as you mention 6 minutes I assume 0036/0736 GMT?). Interesting you don't have countdown bars. Can you download your data using n3rgy as well? It would be good to try and compare what is going on here and try and get a better understanding.
Yep, exactly 0036/0736 GMT but N3rgy thinks it's on the half hour as does Bright. I see some dark pixel rectangles on the IHD screen when the kitchen light is off but I've never seen them illuminated.

Thanks for that. Well, so far a bit of a mystery. Lots still to learn about how this lot works one way for some and another way for others. Just a thought about the IHD, it could be interesting to see what version and firmware update each of ours is. I'm away a couple of days so can't check until next week.
(Oh, those dark rectangles - if they light up now it'll be on the approach to 0130 BST)

My apologies for taking so long to come back to this, it's been a hectic few weeks, and what with to-ing and fro-ing with my complaint to EDF as well (detail about that in another thread).

    My IHD is a Chameleon 3  IHD3-PPMID-V3   2021  Model: CA3070020 TYPE 1  Zigbee Version 1.0.0

I previously referred to Green countdown bars on the RHS, my error I should have looked at the photo instead of relying on memory.
The 10 minute bars are in white but next to them on the left of them is a Green block Down arrow with a minus sign as the approach to off-peak time approaches.
Each white bar disappears at the end of each 10 minute time interval.
When the approach to peak time occurs the block is a Red Up arrow with a plus sign.
See attached photos, apologies for the morning one, taken in a rush as I was about to go out and not checked until now, but you can just make out the block.
As mentioned previously the IHD changes exactly on the half hour whereas the ALCS is 9 minutes later.

@Swipe I hope that was informative.
@sebtomato Do you see anything similar? IIRC you mentioned your ALCS switches 35 minutes past the hour, does the display show countdown for both the off-peak blocks?
Is the display switching identical to the ALCS switching?
Could you post your N3rgy tariff data similar to the posts from Swipe and myself above?

It's not just an issue of 1 hour difference in my case, but the Bright app missing the 2 hours of peak time during the night.

Wow, I wish mine did that. Incidentally, mine is still stuck on "waiting on cost now" due to the tariff no longer being present in my IHD since we had a localised power cut last month. Strange that it can't pull it from the smart meter. If I reboot my IHD it also takes it around 24 hours to pull my daily standing charge from the meter since that same power outage whereas before it never had that issue. I'm hoping for another power cut in the hope that it gets put right.

It depends which page in the app you are looking at, most pages are in BST but there is a bug there which they are shortly going to fix with an App update.

@Swipe Using n3rgy, is the full tariff information still present in the meter as per your post of 5th May ?

@Phones4Chris That's a coincidence. I must have got an update over night as this morning my IHD is now fixed and showing the same tariff countdown layout as yours.

    Edited to add:

My countdown also ends on the half hour but the actual tariff switches at 36 minutes past.

    @Phones4Chris

Very strange. Today my tariff countdown is perfectly in sync with the ACLS at 36mins past the hour
