In your opinion would you just leave it now and wait, or send a short, concise appeal, with photo evidence.  I don't want to waste anymore time or energy at this point if it is not going to be of benefit?

EPS have the email address already, given at initial appeal

Presumably you've now put in the basic registration details that I said, and got five days to think about it.

Don't give any real 'phone numbers if asked for one either.

Take screenshots and if/when you send any emails, send them to yourself as well.

Thank you - got until 26/5.  I thought it was strange that they asked for this info as well, they are very personal.  It does not allow you to edit this info either.

Hi All - just to give you an update on this case, we appealed to IAS and they have confirmed the following:

“Thank you for your appeal. Due to further information Euro Parking Services Limited has confirmed they will no longer be pursuing the matter and the parking charge has been cancelled”.

Wow an IAS climbdown by the PPC.  Does happen in 1 in 5 cases. Nicely done!

Hi Coupon-mad,

We appealed on the grounds of signage and grace period.  The fact that the PPC had not allowed the 5 mins grace, even though there were signs on the pub door giving 5 minutes to enter reg. into kiosk inside the pub.  All the signs on the car park were literally blocked by vehicles and not visible to the driver, also there were no signs upon entering the car park either.
