Then send them a copy of your DQ again and in the email state that you are resending it because they appear not to have noticed the earlier one you sent. Also attach a copy of their email auto-response confirming they received your completed DQ earlier (state date).senat33 said:
The latest entry shows that DQ was sent to me in April.KeithP said:
What are the latest entries on your MCOL Claim History?senat33 said:Hi Guys,
I sent my DQ form via email around 3 weeks ago and since then no news about the hearing date or any similar information. A bit worried about not missing a letter from the local county court.
Shall I go straight to the court and ask them as it is difficult to reach them by phone or wait longer?
Thank you.
Does it confirm the case has been transferred to your local court?
So, it doesn't even show that they receive my DQ. Although, I have an acknowledgment of it in my email.
All this goes to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk - as before.2 -
Thank you very much KeithP, all done as you mentioned above.KeithP said:

Hi
It is almost a month since my claim was transferred to my local court. Is it still within current time frames or its time to make a call to the local court?
Will it be updated at MCOL when a local court will issue a letter?
Thank you.0 -
MCOL play no further part once it is transferred to your local court. Did the CCBC and the claimant have your correct address?2

I have called to the local court to chase it up, but seems like it's not possible to get through.0

Just managed to contact my local court. They said that probably next week I will receive a letter from them with a hearing date.
So I am happy that I don't miss anything.0 -
Hi guys,
Today I received N24 General Form of Judgement or Order.
Can I send my witness statement on the court hearings email or do I need to post it?0 -
A hearing Order?
Yes, you can email it to the local court and the claimant's solicitor. But no rush, the Order tells you the WS deadline for both parties and ideally you want to see theirs first!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
