Three is a headless backup server running 24/72 under counter fridges
2 freezers in garage (1 chest / 1 under counter)And that could be another 1000kWh/yr - 200 each for the fridges, 300 each for the freezers.

How many W has the garden pump?
I also need to replace a fridge freezer, only 2 years old, but something must have gone wrong, it is using almost 23 times what it should, over 2.2KWh per day instead of 320 KWh per year, that is almost 500Kwh wasted.

Qmax 6 m3/h so I guess that is metric?
The bill lists
"Consumption 932.0 Units (m3 )"
So I guess it matches?I would do a quick sanity test on the bill anyway, it has been known for them to mess it up even if the bill states the correct meter units.Find a bill and divide the kWh charged by the meter units - should be around 11 for metric.Immersion heater left on ?Electric underfloor heating in bathroom etc ?Electric showers ?

So I guess it matches? That 932 units should equal roughly 10,438kWh.What period was that over? Also you mentioned the thermostat at 21C, is that like that 24/7 or do you have it set for different temperatures through the day? Also is there an uncontrolled radiator in the same space (not with a TRC on it)
