Hi all, lots to catch up on but we’ll done to all the losers and those on holiday, have a lovely time. My holiday ends today, just waiting for DS to get ready then I’ll take him to the airport 😭😭

Line has been drawn and I’m actually looking forward to getting back into healthy eating! Didn’t make class yesterday, slept in 🙈 so no idea the damage but clean jeans this morning are feeling a bit too snug.

@bubbs I agree with maman a week off plan might just shake things up. I know the worry of a gain but the other side is a decent loss the week after to get going again. I’m hoping that’s the case with me and I’ll have a decent loss next week.

We actually have sunshine and warmth here 🤣 enjoy the rest of your day.

I'm sure you have enjoyed your DS being with you @Jellybaby but I know what you mean about looking forward to getting back on plan. It's more than just the (hoped for 🤞) weightloss. It just feels right to eat healthily. I always feel like that when I get back from my holiday.

I'm still taking it easy but feel good today. Helped by Wales getting to the World Cup finals. ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿⚽

Dinner will be in about half an hour. Sorry @bubbs if you're planning breakfast. We always eat late, especially at weekends.

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, berries (S),  banana (F)
    L- LO chicken casserole (P, S, F), pickled cabbage (S)
D- roast lamb (P), SW roast potatoes, LM stuffing (F), many vegetables (S)
Syns - HM gravy 4, weekend wine 😊

Morning all, and I'm back on it   Just about to log in for work which I'm not so keen on!   Good luck to your DS @beanielou

    So today's food:

B - 45g bran flakes, f/f Greek yoghurt, nectarines and strawberries
L - pea and ham soup from the freezer
D - veggie chilli with rice

Not particularly hungry at the moment so may not have the bran flakes and use the HEXB as Ryvita with cheese (HEXA2) at lunchtime with the soup.

    Have a good day all.

Morning all.  Hope your inbox isn't too crazy @Jellybaby and good luck to your DS @beanielou.

Had a quiet-ish weekend - Thursday was a "get stuff done around the house day", Friday I went to my parents for an afternoon tea while DH went to the cricket at Lords, Saturday we met up with a friend in town for lunch and yesterday we did the usual Sunday stuff and then I took DH bowling and out to dinner as he was feeling a little flat and needed to get out the house and do something spontaneous.  There's 12 weeks until we go away so I'm hoping for a lb a week loss - teeth are feeling back to normal now (touch wood) so happy to get back on the working out this evening.  Actually lost 1.2lbs this week even after eating off plan for 4 days - I think because I didn't overeat and just stopped when I felt comfortably full.

Breakfast this morning was the usual ff yogurt and blueberries, lunch is the last of my chicken and broccoli salad that I mixed up with some leftover pasta and dinner is the beef stew that we were supposed to have yesterday before our spontaneous trip out.

Hope everyone has a good day, just going to get another coffee before knuckling down to some actual work - so far this morning I've dealt with more emails that I was expecting to receive over a long bank holiday weekend 😆
