Sounds like you have downloaded the US App. Search for ‘Chase UK’

Sounds like you have installed the US version of the Chase application as they use Social Security numbers. You need to uninstall that app and install the Chase UK app.

Can be found from their UK website https://www.chase.co.uk/gb/en/download/?pid=organicwebsite&c=websitedownload

What phone is it and which OS?

If Android then it must be using greater than Android 8.0 and also be the 64bit version of Android. Many cheaper phones are still using the 32bit version of Android (even some of the budget Samsung phones like the A series).

Assuming you’re UK based, are you using a VPN at all?

Also, if you're using a jailbroken phone it's quite possible that is a blocker.

    yes UK, and no VPN

Not a clue what that means. My phone is a Motorola G5...I think...
Perhaps they should change its name from "Easy Access" to "may be not possible to access"?

The information provided by @marcon has indicated that the app will only function with 64-bit operating system phones.  If you have more than 4Gb of memory that indicates a 64-bit OS, otherwise likely 32-bit.  I think a Moto G5 will be too old :(

    Not sure if this helps:

Why my Android device is 32-bit when the chipset is 64-bit?

When the OS was making the transition to 64bit SOCs, Google made it mandatory for developers to include 64bit libraries and apps on the Play Store. While this was a much-needed push, hardware at the time, especially RAM was not really compatible with this upgrade. Most RAMs being used in smartphones at the time were underperforming units of low memory that could not take advantage of the 64bit architecture. This would result in a less stable system that would often encounter memory leaks.

Hence, manufacturers decided to go with 32bit Android despite using 64bit compatible SOCs. A good example of this would be the Moto G5 series. Although sporting an SD 430 in the basic model and SD 630 in the plus model, the G5 was inherently running a 32bit Android OS based on Lollipop out of the box instead of a 64bit one due to its RAM limitations.
