Well that's Monday done. Bit of a rubbish day and I feel anxious and wobbly. Tomorrow is another day.
Shepherds pies out of the freezer for tea, DW on, bed made. Called at Li@l for a few things on the way home.
Need to sort out DSs student loan application, might do that now then it's a job ticked off.
Valli hmm, dont think you can stick that back together somehow.

I'm really annoyed.. I am supposed to have a meeting with the senco at 9 in morning.. and she told DD1 she has nothing planned all morning and said she should go at 8:45.. now while I am really pleased DD1 is taking proactive steps I am thoroughly annoyed that my meeting with her is so unimportant she just told another parent to go any time and at the time she told me to go.. She has no idea we are related so to her DD1 is just another parent.. I said maybe we should both turn up together.. she might understand then.

I think it might not have slipped into the slot had it not been in its plastic wallet. I have never actually NEEDED it...not that I recall.
Anyway stripped and remade bed. And cleaned bedroom.

Morning all xx
YL - I'm with you this morning. Anxious and wobbly about sums me up too. We can do this ❤
I'm up made my bed, had a shower, got dressed, packed my lunch, eaten breakfast and I'm supping my brew. The heating is on. And breathe....
Before I set off I'll feed the birds and put out the recycling.
I never know what the day at work will bring - totally the wrong job for me on paper. I'm a creature that likes routine and stability. I don't like making or answering phone calls when I'm at home. Guess what I do all day at work!!!! Can't be that bad - I've been there for nine years in August. The longest I've been in one job....by a loooong margin.
Sweetie says he hopes that you all have a lovely day. 😍

Morning all.
Valli, I didn't know that paper licences were still a thing. I thought it was all plastic that had to be renewed every ten years.
I'm having first cuppa while the dogs have their breakfast.
I need to drop car off this morning for MOT. Other than that I'm planning dog walking and gardening today.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.9 -
(((Hugs))) and back straightening vibes to round and YL xx
Thank goodness I am feeling better this morning, with far fewer aches and pains, and still testing negative. I might actually do some flying today! And I should be fit for tomorrow, when we are driving to a farm park approximately equidistant between this house and DD's, to meet up with her and DGS1+2
I have just completed my end-of-tax-year bank shuffle, having set up my new spreadsheets for 2022-23 yesterday. Every penny is being made to work as hard as possible, thanks to MSE Martin.
Today I aspire to
- pay some church bills
- dust and hoover through downstairs
- strip DH's bed
- do WMx3 and hang out, hoping the rain keeps off
- deliver DH to SW and collect him afterwards
- send various emails to various people
- ring the opticians
- walk Rosie
- mow and edge the lawn
- put out the bins
- start looking at car insurance (but I'll take care to keep my paper driving licence well away from the shredder!)
Better get breakfast first...
Here's hoping that everyone has a good day and that HB, Valli, pigpen and any other poorlies are also feeling better xxx
