    I've just googled condensing tumble dryer damp problems and I does seem to be the case for mould for some people.

    Very late here, and apologies if already resolved, not read all 9 pages, but I know the tariffs offered to me by Octopus are much worse than the SVR, so my suggestion will be to not accept any of those tariffs, it will keep you on the SVR.
