I'm at uni so keep it registered at my parents address, but insure to uni address (did the same whilst in the military too). All perfectly legal DVLA told me it just needs to be registered to somewhere I can access post. The confusion occured because I gave my uni address on the parking appeal form, but they contacted DVLA and found the addresses didn't match.1 -
