Unreadable sign and no clear delineation of bays can make it winnable at POPLA.

If not, your local Soton Judges hate parking firms, so this is not to be paid.

That's the basis of my intended appeal. Hoping to be able to add notification not posted to keeper based on the newbies thread.

Many thanks for the help and reassurance

That could be a winning point, but we need to understand precisely what you mean before we shoot into a dead-end rabbit hole. Please elucidate.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Good point. I need to check if this company is associated with the BPA, AND research a little deeper what the terms mean and if its relevant to me. This is the info I was referring to. Can I just say I didn't receive it regardless? :

    OPS are BPA AOS operators.

Have you appealed around day 26?  Have they replied?  Have you received a formal Notice to Keeper from OPS?  If so, what was its date of issue?

Annoyingly I submitted the appeal first day 🤦 stupid me. It is now day 32 I think and OPS sent me the email today saying they are considering my appeal, I have until 6th April to confirm my address as the provided one doesn't match DVLA.

    No NTK as yet.

Had i followed the advice initially we would easily have made it past day 56 without NTK 🤦🤦🤦

This comparison of OPS signage and ParkingEye signage from the Beavis case might be useful for your POPLA appeal

  • Thank you all for the info. It never even made it to popla, surprisingly the company approved it!

Got a feeling they were snowed under, especially with it being Easter and then me stringing out my response to their address request (I just sent an email within the 7 days saying my address was provided on the initial form, they then had to ask my for my reg and reference number which i left another 10 days to respond to as they didn't stipulate a time limit for that)

They had actually provided the stuff I was asking for using the default template (ticket machine info wasn't required as I was in a permit bay, but left that in the template anyway)

Any questions for future info please ask

    Many thanks!!
