    After reading all these comments I felt forced to buy one, despite my anguish at spending loads this month in another thread :o

    mine arrived this morning, i made a basic white loaf in it and what a vast improvement on my old morphy richards breadmaker!! the bread was lovely and fluffy fresh and tasty instead of the quite heavy yeasty loaf i used to make. i have been wanting a panny for ages but could never justify the cost before and i had been slipping back into buying bread from the supermarket as oh didn`t really like the old loaves much. am gonna have a stab at a seeded loaf when i get up in the morning, this will hopefully save me buying 2x hovis granary a week at £1.40 ish a loaf so i`m looking at saving £8 a month at least on bread which should pay for my panny in 5 months :j not to mention all the other delish sounding recipes in the instruction manual!
    proper prior planning prevents !!!!!! poor performance! :p

    my bread maker has just turned up.....to be honest as i opted for the free delivery i though i might not get it before christmas....BUT ITS HERE :j

    as hubby and the boys havent bought me much . for cchristmas .i am not going to open the outer packaging( delivery bag) and the boys can wrap it for me.. for christmas..... but i really REALLY do want to open it and use it ...lol...

    so instead of the smell of 'christmas' on christmas day.. there will be the smell of fresh bread..mmmmmmmmmm

    Mine arrived a couple of days ago but as it's my Xmas pressie from my parents it's sitting here all still wrapped in plastic....can't wait for Xmas afternoon to try it out:rotfl:

    Arrived really fast despite using the free delivery option, ordered it on Friday, arrived Monday:T

    I recently bought a breadmaker but I find the bread tastes odd. Does anyone else find this? The recipes all contain oil as well, is this normal???

    I can't believe the price is rising! Mine has been dispatched so i'm very excited though i'm out tomorrow and Friday so don't know if they'll leave it in the porch or i'll have to sign for it. Did any of you have to sign?
