End of contract fees

In my opinion if you are moving house and its impossible to bring the services with you, with it being not cabled up in that area or if existing services are already at the property your moving to should be reason enough to end your contract without early disconnection fee.
People say "well it's a contract and your supposed to look into these things before you move".
I'm sorry but a measley broadband deal would be the last thing on my mind if I was moving to let's say my dream home, something I would not pass up over a silly £150 or so disconnection fee. Your wellbeing and choice of dwelling is far more Important than this.
For example you could be moving out of an area that simply isn't safe for you anymore, or you just simply can't afford to live on your own so your moving in with family who already have it why should you have to pay twice?
Also, if you move out and have to pay an early disconnection fee, it isn't because they are out of pocket, because no doubt someone else would move in sooner or later and start paying for virgin media package anyway. (If they got that. If not tough luck for them) Whilst they are now being paid of a new customer they are also taking advantage of someone by forcing previous tennant to pay with a lawful contract. Because they now wouls be making hell of a profit from two account holders, two different services over the same property dwelling.
