Actually, that's a great find! Use a screenshot of the webpage as evidence, don't just quote it...
Tell you what everyone, we are going to have to remember that for PE defences and POPLA appeals. It's a great piece of evidence against them. Hoist by their own petard!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Parking eye must have had their template pack ready to send back and its comedy gold their own signage plan is incorrect and they sent a redacted proof agreement from the landowner , they also sent some lovely clear bright daylight images of their signs for us to read, do i post their evidence pack up for you guys or have you seen one before, basically havent rebutted a single thing I have put forward1

We've seen it before - no need to show us - but as POPLA is made up of low rent novelists and nail technicians as the Assessors, you will have to walk them through the errors and omissions and point out that PE hasn't even bothered to prove the signs can be seen in hours of darkness.
Bear in mind, you only get 2000 characters (not words) in the comments box and only SIX DAYS from the email you got from POPLA, to put the comments into the portal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Kind of figured , I reckon I can take care of it in short easy to understand sentences I do have one question though , they have supplied a contract with large blocked out areas , for all I know Walt Disney could have signed it but would a contract not need two signatures ? One from the assignee and the other partyI was however unsurprised that they submitted cut and paste sections which had no relevance or even attempt to argue their case
council have already issued something to do with enforcement re planning permissions im torn right now as to wether I even want this to be successful or see what a judge would actually make if this aspect in court1 -
would a contract not need two signatures ?If you mean does it need two signatures from each party (rather than one from each) that's debateable how you interpret those legal requirements and POPLA don't consider that anyway. You are concentrating on the wrong thing unless you mean that either the PPC or the landowner hasn't signed at all.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

POPLA will more than likely accept that, but you must point out that there is no indication of what organisation is providing that authority. I wouldn't concentrate on the signatures, more on which organisation, and where they sit in the line of authorities stemming from the landowner. I think the BPA Code of Practice has something on this, so quote that. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
