You can get the card number by tapping the card at the top of the app and selecting "see details".Whilst my posts do not constitute financial advice, I am always, without fail, 100% right!2 -
That's helpful. Thanks guys.I thought i'd need the long number on the front which is why I was waiting. I'll take a look at that. Gracias.0

I have only just signed up with Chase mainly for the 1.5% interest but now interested in the 1% cashback. At the moment I am using Lloyds Credit card presently getting 0.5% cashback. My main worry with Chase Debit card other than no section 75 protection, is there they list a lot of places where you won't get cashback. At the moment my main use of a credit card is with weekly shop at Tesco, Asda etc and Amazon plus most well know online stores.Would it be helpful if a list of shops etc that people have managed to get or not get cashback with Chase? Not sure how you would do this but have seen similar posts on here where people add to it.Anyway just a thought.0

There's a huge, long list of exclusions: https://www.chase.co.uk/gb/en/legal/Cashback-Exclusions/
You get cashback for a year at all UK supermarkets and Amazon, petrol stations, and lots and lots of online shops.
The Chase app shows you instantly whether you will get cashback or not. If you use the free Curve card, you can set it up so it pays with the Chase card by default. Anything you don't get cashback for from Chase, you can then shift to your Lloyds cashback card for the 0.5% cashback, using the "Go back in time" feature in Curve. If you don't have a Curve card yet, check whether you can get a tenner for taking one out, e.g. via a cashback site or via a mate.
There's no solution for the Section 75 cover - - if you want that, you need to pay some or all of the purchase amount with your CC.2 -

You can get the card number by tapping the card at the top of the app and selecting "see details".How did you do it? Because i've just gone to do it & now i'm having trouble. So i add it manually to my wifes phone but it wants to then open the app (on her phone). Bit of a nuisance.Install the app, put in my details & job done. Everything good to go on her phone so I then uninstall the app.Go to log in on the app on MY phone & it's then talking about being on another device.I shut the app down & try log in again & now it just keeps saying incorrect details.0 -
Not sure on registering in Google pay, but regarding the app, it can only be installed and active on one device.
Moving back doesn't seem to work, until you clear the app data (or uninstall/reinstall) on the device you want to move back to, then reactivate with the SMS.
