I am sure we clearly state in baz's thread which exhibits everyone must use and which are to be replaced by your own.Ismaiel_c said:which parts do i need to remove from template to be relevant to my case
I recall discussing it on his thread when I decided to use his WS as an exemplar. There are things there that are clearly only about his case, such as his photos and his mention of Gladstones and 10.25% interest (unless your case is also Gladstones with inflated 10.25% interest).
You can spot these specific issues yourself when you read his WS, of course.
This is your WS. Your story. Your photos. But we provide his Bundle to help you, partly because it includes 3 standard Exhibits. You can easily see which ones they are but the thread even says...I am not sure why some posters are finding this stage hard.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Remove this:
"before exiting car park at 16.52"
Remove 'in two ways' from para 26.
Remove the Excel v Simpson case that seems to have nothing to do with your case.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

To the court who asked for it plus the Claimant, of course, as the Hearing Order tells you and as the entire section on WS stage in the NEWBIES thread explains in detail.
Please don't miss or skim-read our resources.
And please show us your current draft.

As advised in the Newbies/FAQ and the template defence threads, your WS goes to the court AND the claimant, or their solicitor, if they are using one. You should email it as a PDF attachment in an email to the court and also add the claimant (or their solicitor if one is used) in the address. You should also CC in yourself so that you know it has been delivered and can show your receipt of it as proof.1
