Hi @KeithPEverythings been a bit slow, on the 5th January 2023, I received Notice of Allocation to the small Claims Track (Hearing), also received a notice of trial date 19th October 2023, Trial letter says that the claimnet needs to pay the court fees by 21st Sept 2023 otherwise will be struck out.as i read on other post i just need to hang tight untill closer to the time, I now have another claim form i recevied on 29th Dec 2022 that ive started a new post about.Thank you for your help.

The Notice that gives the hearing date.Is there not a paragraph something like:Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].Might be on the back.Those 'documents on which you intend to rely' are your Witness Statement and evidence.1
