Look again at your Notice of Allocation. The Notice that gives the hearing date.

Is there not a paragraph something like:

Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].

Might be on the back.

Those 'documents on which you intend to rely' are your Witness Statement and evidence.

That gave you the answer you were looking for.

Yes, the second post of the NEWBIES thread.

Back in March you knew the date of your Hearing...

You also knew back then that your Witness Statement and evidence needed to be filed and served fourteen days before that - 5th October.
With just over four weeks to go, you are probably well on the way to having all your evidence gathered by now.

Yes they are good.

Obviously use those to replace baz417's site photos in the exemplar WS bundle (the one linked in the NEWBIES thread) that you are basing yours on.  

But of course some of his other exhibits are standard stuff for all cases.

And you'll need to remove his section about 10.25% interest charged by Gladstones because that isn't relevant to your case.

I entered stadium retail park on 18/12/2016 at  from the road to the parking there is no signage stating the defendant will be entering into a “contract” nor any signs stating a maximum time limit to park within the parking nor a sign in any prominent location where customers are able to see them. Whilst in the retail park the I visited currys, JD sports, and drove through the McDonalds drive to purchase food before exiting car park at . Time spent in drive thru queue before leaving cannot be constituted as ‘parking’.

4. I recall receiving the correspondence from claimant however ignored them thinking that this is a scam letter for fake PCN charges as I was not required to pay for parking nor knowingly entered into an agreement.

You need to leave the rest of the template as t. Your paragraphs need to be written in the third person. Ni "I did this or that".

For example "3. I entered stadium retail park..." should be written as "The defendant entered stadium retail park..."

Looks like the OP is at WS stage, so should follow the @baz417 WS example, and written in the first person.
