Who to notify after marriage? - NOT changing names

Hi all
Got married earlier this week and trying to figure out who to notify. Googling only seems to bring up lists for when you change names, which we haven't. So the only changes are to marital status and Miss -> Mrs.
Does anyone know of a checklist anywhere? Some suggestions if not would be very useful. So far we've done/are doing:
- HMRC
- car insurance
- Hhouse insurance
- Llfe insurance
Some I'm not sure about
- driving licenses
- passports
- bank accounts
- savings accounts
- pensions
- council tax
- utilities
- breakdown cover
- vehicle registration
- doctors/nhs/anything medical
- anything else?!
Many thanks

We didn't inform anybody. What are you thinking of telling them?I am not a cat (But my friend is)1

I don't think there is any requirement to update your details just for a change of title, certainly not the legal requirement that a name change carries. Ms. works fine in all circumstances.2

I kept my name and didn't tell anyone.
I never told my bank / insurances I was married and hubby didn't tell his either.
My work asked if I wanted my email changing, but I kept it the same.Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....1 -
As you're not changing names, you don't need to do anything bar change relationship status on pension expression of wishes forms as your hubby probably has better 'rights' to your pension if you pre-decease him than before you were married.
I'd leave notifying insurers of change of marital status until renewal as you could incur an admin fee for something which doesn't make a difference. Just do everything as and when it pops up.
One bank attempted to ask me for divorce papers when I wanted to change from Mrs back to Ms. They changed their mind when I pointed out my name isn't changing, nor is my sex and I can pick Miss, Ms or Mrs as I see fit and as I wasn't divorced (at that point) I had nothing to hand over and all they were doing was adding to an already stressful situation.
Edit to add - if you've got a will from before you were married, and it doesn't have the clause about made in contemplation of married, get it updated!Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.4 -

Probably not so relevant now but when I was in your situation years ago some people made the assumption that I would change my name and sent me cheques in my DH's name. I spoke to my bank and they added a note to my account so that I could pay in any cheques in the married name I didn't use.1

Husband has said his work changed him to 'married' on their HR system in terms of his death in service. He had me nominated anyway, but it was just a tick box.Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....1

I think the only thing that we needed to change was the work pension via NHS HR but that was it - the hospital switchboard had long since worked out that if they were looking for one of us they could contact the other - seems they knew exactly what was going on it the doctors mess at all times.1

It's not a legal requirement to change your title from Miss to Mrs. But do update your pension(s).1
