Eon Next Statement frequency, does anyone understand it.

My last provider previous to Eon used to just send me an email saying something similar to "Your new bill is ready, login to download it", I used it read them online but never downloaded them. Once I switched provider I regretted that decision because I could no longer view any of my old bills. Eon attaching my bills to emails saves me having to login and keeps them safe, bonus. Get one every month, along with my current balance.

On the drop down View Statement menu it just says "you don't have any bills yet but when you do they'll be here". Transactions shows all my DD payments and the credit transferred from Symbio.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -

Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.1 -
Since joining Eon Next after the demise of Symbio, I have had emails asking for a meter reading on the 12th of each month and a bill has been produced quite quickly after the reading has been submitted. That changed this month - I submitted my reading on the 12th but am still waiting for the bill. I have more important things to worry about, but assume it might be something to do with the change in rates half way through the month to which the bill relates, and maybe they are still finalising their method of apportioning charges for customers who didn't submit a reading at the start of the month. I'm sure they will sort it out eventually.0
