A heads-up  -  you will see that in the above mentioned WS examples they refer to the BPA CoP because they are BPA AoS members  -  your claimant is an IPC AoS member so you should be using/quoting the relevant version of the IPC CoP.

Just had a look on the UKCPM website and says they are part of IPC and the BPA?

If I had a fiver for every time someone has posted that...!

They aren't, and this point (specific to UKCPM) is answered in the Q&A in the first post of the NEWBIES thread. Nothing much is new or different.

Please can someone read my first draft WS?

It is not complete and my exhibits haven't been labelled correctly, but is the content ok?

Then I can just move onto indexing/correct exhibits.

Do I need to provide exhibits for every legal case I mention?

You are asking for someone to download a file to their device.
    Not for me I'm afraid.

Why not use something like Dropbox?

I was initially shocked to receive formal notices of demand for parking charges, for which I never actually received an initial ticket for.
Nice try to use correct grammar but then messed it up!  Also I see no mention (certainly in the early stages of your statement) of Loading/Unloading is not parking and citing Jopson v Homeguard.  If it is later, apologies.  You mention employees and visitors; are you an employee or just a visitor?

Pedantic observations  -  para 3   -  "no where" is one word "nowhwere"
para 5  -   "Chrons Disease"  -  is this the correct spelling?
para 10 -  "pulse developmen"  -  is this the name of a                                                                        company  if so first letters should be capital

    Opening post states:-

    "
    2) For stopping outside my friends flat to offload and the car was probably left for 5-10 minutes in total - again a postal ticket. (no DYL)"

However WS para 12 states "Defendant's residency"  -  and "De
    fendant's Tenancy Agreement"

    Thanks for the help.

Point 12 is the Jopson vs Homeguard point. Can I not mention it as a visitor? I was visiting.

Thanks @Le_Kirk, I mentioned Jopson v Homeguard on point 12. Now I am confused if it is even valid as a visitor

Do I need to place all cases mentioned as Exhibits?

    many thanks
