Round, that's lovely and so peaceful
Yesterday did urgent admin, lunch, walk, washing . Then picked up friend and met up with another friend for tea and cake which was lovely.
Today
Bed stripped and in WM
Bedroom aired
Banking and spending checked
Then need to plan clothes and meals, also have ironing to do and a spare bed to make up for when I get back from skiing and friends will be stopping over here.
Breakfast and more coffee next10 -
Thank you ladies xx It's the one horizontal surface that has not accumulated more rammel since I cleared it some time ago. 😉
Back to work today. I'm up, dressed, made my bed, breakfasted and lunch is packed. Bleach has been sloshed down the loo. I'll put out the recycling and feed the birds before I go.
Right. Pith helmet ✅ machete ✅ camel ✅ I'm going ready or not.
Have a good day

Round, you are turning into a minimalist! It looks great - room to put your feet up there now! x
Thank you Jazee x
Pleased to say that my head is a bit better this morning, though not yet clear of the migraine. Looking back, I can recognise the 3 days of utter fatigue which should have warned me of its imminent arrival, except that I was too tired to realise what was happening. Hopefully it will disappear completely over the next couple of days.
So far this morning I have
- made a cuppa
- emptied the DW
- checked finances and set up a standing order for my new regular saver - every little helps
- filed away a few sheets of paper.
Other plans for today are
- take DH to SW (he says he will make his own way home)
- run the study group at 10.30
- Rosie's walk.
Anything else is an aspiration!
(((Hugs))) spoons and sticks all round, as needed xx11 -
Morning all,
Well done, round. Look how far you’ve come 😇
I have a list, the list of lists. So I was awake at 5am worrying about the list. **sigh**
Up, hair washed, dressed, breakfasted, bed stripped and in wm, bedroom window open wide. Need to remake bed, then clean the bathrooms. More allotmenting is on the list, along with some cooking / prepping, and a cuppa with a friend who is going through an unimaginably hard time. I’m sure that there is more on the list, but I daren’t look in case it has developed a mind of its own.
Have a good day all x
ETA - ah yes, the pith helmet, machete and camel list…not got that on my List of Lists. Yet 🤣11 -

Yours looks lovely
anyway im here with two days off...
I need to catch up on paperwork (for home) and work stuff. I need to pop to town which I will do later. I'm making tea. We are having salmon. DD got a pack YS yesterday when she went shopping and I popped to the coop for the £5 freezer filler and got the ice cream, which they didn't have, substituted for fish - and I got a YS pack of salmon!
