I'm interested in why the OP has a dogged determination in asking the question? What's behind it?
A couple of reasons really, moslty intrigued at why the same house is labelled as terraced and the exact same one a semi. Secondly, if it is indeed wrong, as it is my property, why would I not want it to be corrected?

    Because it doesn't matter?

Why does it matter? Who is going to be looking at it and care apart from you?

If you go to sell it the person looking at then will clearly be able to see what house type it is from the photos. It really doesn't seem worth dwelling on it.

As I mentioned above the semi vs terraced is probably a result of estate agents' listings.

Zoopla say that if any info is incorrect you can email them. But tbh, I suspect they won't take any notice of emails from 'strangers'.

Otherwise, it would become a fun game for people to send Zoopla emails saying that their house is a 25 bedroom semi-detached bungalow, with 48 bathrooms and worth £12.8 million.

But their email address is here: https://help.zoopla.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/360005682457-Can-the-Zoopla-estimate-be-removed-

  • Thank you all. I guess you are right, that it doesn't really matter.  Thanks for helping me with understanding this and putting things into perspective :-)
