Zoopla is unreliable at the best of times,. Some time ago they had my purchase price at 3 times the figure I paid, I just ignored it. The site has no "official status", so if it were me, I wouldn't worry about it.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales5

None of this matters in the slightest.11

So if I was to put my house on the market as a semi detached when it clearly isn't, would it not be misleading? The estate agent would also probably refuse listing incorrect details. Also, albeit small, there is a price difference if you buy a terraced house or a semi.0 -

Also, albeit small, there is a price difference if you buy a terraced house or a semi.Zoopla are not saying their information is correct though (see disclaimer on thir site). As to your points.44. Terrace / end of errace. Minor point "end of" is optional maybe their site does not do eot?39. It that just linked by garage? So a sort of link semi? Yes I would call it a terrace but people like to argue to make their place sound better. I would think that's what zoopla thinks.59. As per 44 I would just say terraced. (Especially if there is a ROW meaning no benefit of "nearly" being a semi). If you want to say something to someone about council tax say it to the council. Zoopla are nothing to do with them.

Zoopla have no legal status whatsoever, they are just a site that makes money through advertising. I would never take anything I read in there as true.4

Are they listed for sale with incorrect details? Zoopla incorrectly labels many properties and as such anything on there should be taken with a pinch of salt. If you were looking to buy a property you would soon notice if the 4 bed detached you went to view was a 2 bed terrace1

N. 44 is listed as Terraced, I think should be End of Terrace.
N. 39 is listed as a Semi Detached, I think this should be Terraced.
N. 59 is listed as a Semi Detached, I think this should be End of Terrace
Zoopla or an EA can call the properties "terraced", "end of terrace", "semi-detached" or any other label they wish to apply. It won't change what the property actually is. Any prospective buyer will be able to view the property and work out what it actually is, irrespective of the label.4 -
Ok ignoring Zoopla, out of curiosity, is the property type officially registered anywhere at all? I cannot see it on the Land Registry.1

No, there is no such thing as an official register of whether a property is a semi or whatever.5
