I took up the Natwest offer on 11 May 2020. I have just checked my Malwarebytes licence and it shows an expiry of 1 August 2022.0

The software said it expired in 33 days when I installed it, now it says 88 days.0 -

I remember the earlier days when they tried to push Rapport back when IT security was more basic.Life in the slow lane0 -
I too recall using “Rapport”, whilst using Vista OS.
It seemed to work OK, but was a terrible resource hog!
MBAM is unbelievably light on resources and I’ll be sorry to see it expire.
My recollection of reading the terms was that in the event that the agreement with MBAM was to be ended, then we (users) would be given at least 3 months notice.
I haven’t had any such notice from either the Bank or MBAM.0 -

Santander still nag about Rapport - even if it's running !!
EDIT - Don't know if this is related to the expiry date - but the Malwarebytes account I set up in May 2020 to install the s/ware on another device , now no longer recognises my log in details.0 -
My licence was due to end also on 1st August, after upgrading to Windows 11 today it now shows as expiring in 738 days.

Natwest/RBS have updated the Malwarebytes information on their website
That’s why we’re offering Malwarebytes Premium to our customers free of charge until at least May 2024.1 -
I recently installed via NatWest, went through all the activation process, set up a Malwarebytes account etc., all I get in the end is the free version! One subscription active but no protected devices.I have used the free version in the past which was sufficient for me then.0
