Stamp Duty on re-mortgaged 2nd house?

And by the time you've still paid stamp duty plus +3% on house C, plus the extra solicitor and agent fees for buying and selling you'll likely end up no better off for a lot of hassle and a house that could potentially be hiding all sorts, rather than a house you know.SuseOrm said:Surely if you sold house B, Buy House A and then buy something remarkably similar in a similar price range to B that could work ?0 -

If I could, I would. Unfortunately I'm still living in the thing until mid next year at the earliest. I do hope to be mortgage free on it by then though so will investigate my options then.0
