Got it. ✔️
67, and still rising. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I am all ears for anything that can erase these odious, toxic parasites from our lives.
I will be looking in regularly to co-operate and answer any questions that can hinder their so called business.
I am also reading in depth the GDPR documentation, as I believe the DVLA are complicit in their failure to uphold the 7 Data protection principles .
I`m sure that "selling our confidential information " expressly, is a contradiction of the very point of privacy laws.
How the DVLA as a government agency is allowed on a daily basis to sell private and confidential information
to unregulated ,unchecked , cowboy parking firms ,suggests that they are nothing more than a data harvesting, scraping
and brokering mercenary institution , who are supposed to be the Gold standard of compliance .
I am certain that hidden in these regs is a condition that the data processor must ask the individual concerned for their permission to release information. This would be specifically to protect the individual from a situation that could compromise and affect their safety.
Clearly this has never happened ..well DVLA never asked me .
In the meantime I will be demanding DVLA cease and desist from selling /using/sharing etc. my personal information
to ANY third party that cannot prove that they are accountable for receiving and storing that data .
To be continued ...............

The ICO know that the DVLA are in breach of GDPR but they prefer to collect money for government
Let's face it, the DVLA SUPPORTS the biggest scam industry this country has ever seen
There was a time that paying road tax the DVLA looked after our roads. Now it's up to councils to fix our third world road system
While the DVLA rake in roughly £7 billion ..... ?

The ICO decided this year, that the DVLA can sell data to PPC aggressors; the DVLA had used the wrong rationale but the ICO said "nothing to see here" and conveniently found them another one:

Despite some articles suggesting this could lead to 'compensation claims' we doubt it would stick to Teflon DVLA.
You will be better using your energy and wrath to support your response to the Public Consultation because real voices will make a huge difference.

I sure will be using my energy and wrath in my response to the Public Consultation ,
But has anyone actually challenged and gone head to head with DVLA??
What legal standing does the ICO actually have if it is able to brush illegal practices under the carpet?
Surely it loses its independence if it sides with the law breaker?
obviously it would generate ,whole cans of worms once Pandoras box is finally opened ....0 -

Forget the DVLA - you will not win.
The Government is where you need to direct your energy. Your chance will come soon, believe me. Presumably you've read that I'm on the Steering Group behind all this? I can't talk about the work but watch this space for the Impact Assessment and Consultation.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
