If this shed is a long-term purchase you might want to consider a EPDM rubber roof instead. One of the garden buildings here has had one from new and is still perfect after five years. I re-roofed the second shed with EPDM last year using a kit from a big eBay seller.

Thanks, I had my small shed refurbished with a rubber roof. I agree.

The South West is a big area how about giving us a clue about where in that area you are, we have an excellent local shed company in the far west of Cornwall that makes tanalised sheds with free erection but that could be 200 miles from you.
