Can't see how they could get leave to appeal to a higher Judge either because this Judge was entitled on the evidence before him, to make a finding of fact that the C had not shown on the balance of probabilities that you were driving.

We need you - as a genuine PPC victim of aggression, sharp practice and an 'extortion' attempt to add £70 - to respond robustly to the Public Consultation on the level of parking charges and banning of the false added DRA 'fee' that too many honest motorists currently fall victim to.

It will need consumer input (powerful voices) but change is afoot. It's taken about 5 years to get to this stage:

You have a personal story to tell about the culture of getting a roboclaim 'legal' firm to add a pointless £70 for their own profit, to be let loose to intimidate people.

I am sure you want your voice heard to stop this happening again in future.

You've seen what we know is true: these cases are abusing the court's time.

He tried to appeal there and then because he didn’t agree with the judge’s decision, but the judge was just like, nah.

That’s like the first level of appeal, to which the Judge refused, he will state this on his Judgment or Order, that he refused their appeal, they would now have to make an application and to a higher Judge, they won’t though.

Low and behold - I've received a court date for the second 'offence'; the one that was made in the wrong name. This time, I can't use the same defence, as I'm sure I recall that you can see me in the image, so I was definitely driving. But with a 2 hour-ish overstay, I'm sure there was a camera error. I never would've stayed that long otherwise.

Would you guys prefer I start a new thread for that case when the time comes, or shall I seek your help here?

DCBL were spanked in your last case, they did not like that, they know who you are and they want revenge .... fools ?

So, a new thread, you know what to do, and this time the target is DCBL WITH THEIR FAKERY and worst of all for DCBL. they actually sign a statement of truth that comes from LALA Land and even worse the person who signed the statement of truth is of contempt of court.

You and I could well go to prison for contempt of court so why do judges not lock up the person who signs these hundreds of claims by DCBL WHICH ARE SIMPLY NOT TRUE

YOUR MP, if they are any good, most are not, should raise this in the house

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to update to say that I received a letter from DCBL today with reference to the second claim against me - the one made in my previous married name - to say that they are discontinuing action against me!
